One Customer’s Experience
Our house is a log cabin with a pier-and-beam foundation. We bought it in 2024. We knew it had foundation problems, but the sellers disclosed the recent work done by RamJack. Since we had used RamJack at our previous house we were aware of their reputation and their legendary warranty. No problem, we thought, they’ll stand behind their work.
We contacted RamJack. And so began a months-long process of tap-dancing, excuse-making and blame-shifting. It’s the subcontractor’s fault. It’s the homeowner’s fault. It’s because of this moisture. It’s because of this beam.
RamJack took thousands of dollars in exchange for a promise to bring the house level. Not only did they not deliver on that promise, they actually made the problems worse.
We’ve since hired another company to correct their bad work. That company’s owner told us our story is pretty common. RamJack is a franchise, one whose primary goal seems to be getting their franchisees into a shiny new yacht.
If you need foundation work done, there are better options. The RamJack brand is not what it once was. They are slippery and unscrupulous, charge 4x as much as their competitors. There’s a special place in Hell for companies who take advantage of old people. RamJack of Oklahoma are a unique kind of awful.
